Camping Information

Located 400 metres North of the carpark, less than 4 minute walk

Campsite access from 09:00 Friday 23rd August to Monday 26th August 12:00.

Camping tickets are per person, not per tent.

No Camper vans, caravans or live-in vehicles. Only tents.

Over 18’s only.

Only people with a camping ticket/wristband are permitted access to the camp site. No guests are allowed to enter the campsite without a ticket.

You must have valid physical ID. Photos of ID will not be accepted (Passport, Photo Driving Licence or PASS approved card) Challenge 25 policy.

All persons entering the campsite will be searched for any banned items (Weapons, Drugs, Alcohol, Glass) See banned items list below.

Fire Safety

NO FIRES, BARBECUES or FIRE PITS are permitted on the camp site at any time.

Smoke in the designated smoking area. Do not smoke in your tent.

Restricted Items

The items not permitted at Witcombe Festival are:

  • Animals
  • Drones
  • Gazebos
  • Glass – absolutely no glass is allowed on site for safety reasons
  • Large stereo systems
  • Illegal substances
  • Portable laser equipment and pens
  • Unauthorised film or video equipment
  • Audio recorders
  • Air horns
  • Megaphones
  • Fireworks, flares and Chinese or sky lanterns
  • Any item which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon
  • Gas Canisters
  • Nitrous Oxide
  • Petrol Burners
  • Any form of aerosol over 250ml
  • Unauthorised items for trading, including any goods using unauthorised event logos

Food & Drink

Do not bring excessive amounts of food, cigarettes and alcohol. The following is permitted to be consumed within the campsite:

Sealed plastic bottles of water or soft drink

EITHER 8 cans of beer or lager or cider OR 1 bottle of wine (decanted into a plastic bottle) per person. 

Strictly no spirits or hard liquor are allowed.

Please note searches will be undertaken upon entry to ensure this is complied with.

Food vendors will be available in the event field until closing times and a breakfast vendor will be available at the camp site entrance from 0700 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Refuse & Site Clearance

Please use the bins provided to dispose of waste. Segregate waste using the recycling station.

On leaving the campsite, please take all tents, clothing and any other items with you.
